Not sure how good they are, but maybe they will be helpful.
The Central Missouri Humane Society offers reduced cost for spaying/neutering. If you live in the city of Columbia, you can apply for a voucher for assistance with that reduced cost, it is income based.
The clinic out of Camdenton will only do pets 10lbs and over due to the type of anesthesia they use :(
