Featured Rescue - Buster the Beagle

Today there are 7,700 Beagles listed on Petfinder.com.

The beagle I chose to feature today is named Buster and is located in Alpena, MI. There isn't much info listed about him other than that his is house-trained and friendly. He is currently living with a foster home.

You're killing me with the beagles. Help me outloud, "I just got a new dog and my husband will kill me if I get another one" All together now! Damn are they handsome!!! I hope Buster finds a great home (before I do something I'll regret that would probably end in divorce!)

Hey there! That is my rule with my bloglist as well! I added you to my bloglist when I first discovered this amazing blog a few days ago! I forgot to request if you wouldn't mind adding my blog to yours! Thank you so much! I love your humor!

Sorry about that. I know I've done a fair amount of them as a featured rescue but there are so many of them. I'll steer away for a while :)

Just keep telling yourself that right now isn't a good time ...

Kasha ...

Sounds awesome! I've added your link to my blogroll.

I guess it's the same for me with any breed...they all kill me! I wish people would just STOP BREEDING for a while!

Back when I was in High School (that was a long time ago, some neighbors had a beagle, called of course, Snoopy. Poor Snoopy lived in a small chain link enclosure w/a dog house. He was fed well and that was about the extent of his care. He would howl/bay constantly. Once in a while he would get out and disappear for days. He would return exhausted but happy.
Even then, I knew the way he was kept was wrong.
7,500 beagles on Petfinder--and not near that many people to give them a proper home.
