I know I already did a post exchange with this site, but this one was too fun to not post. Check out these 5.11 Tactical Pants!
Now, at first glance, these pants look just like normal dress pants but keep in mind that these are the sorts of pants that APS officers would have to wear (as well as Canine Control). These people are meeting dogs that may not be very friendly. They need some tough pants, no? Following is a descriptive quote from the website about these pants:
"Made of tough, polyester/cotton ripstop, the 5.11 Taclite TDU Pants stands up to the rigors of patrol and special operations."
One of those things you never think of when considering our friendly, neighbourhood SPCA agent, eh? We often don't stop to consider that many of these people do this because they love animals and not necessarily because they will make money at it. This is another one of those things that they often have to purchase for themselves.
