Sorry all, I'm a few days behind on reading the news I suppose. Here's an update to the Mike Vick story. He's signed on with the Eagles. A sad day for dog loving NFL fans.
Heads up, Giants! Philadelphia Eagles sign Michael Vick
I love this quote from the article: "Michael Vick does not deserve to be reinstated in professional football, but I'm glad he has been. Because I'm encouraged when fallen people, if and when they do repent, get a second chance."
For those of you interested in an anti-Vick website, one was emailed to me just yesterday. It's called Sack Vick. It's an interesting little blog and worth the read.

Asshat. I really hate this guy. He was on the news or something saying how he's learned his lesson and all that. Whatever, I don't beleive a word of it. I sent an email to the Eagles and all their sponsors telling them basically that he's not a person that deserves a second chance, instead they're enabling a Monster that has a piece of his humanity missing.
All he is a useless excuse for a human being.
I'm not at all convinced he has repented. It's hard to believe a person who would allow that treatment of animals has changed his way of thinking so drastically - I believe he's just sorry he got caught at this point, and his volunteering for the SPCA is just for publicity. Now if he continues it for years and really does turn his life around, then I'll be convinced.
What Chris said.
Time will only tell.
We saw MV on 60 Minutes last night! He sure didn't look too sorry for the crimes he's committed to us! JERK!
Love ya lots,
Maggie and Mitch
he was sorry he lost a 130 million dollar contract, he was sorry he went to jail, he was sorry his family was affected, blah blah blah... after watching the you tube interviews, and maybe a part was omitted but I didn't see he was sorry, at all, about the pain and suffering of the dogs...
